Located between Krotzer Ave. (St. Rt. 582) and Gilbert Road on Adams St., in Luckey, Ohio (map). 


Luckey Pull Rules

Rules

All TRACTORS MUST HAVE KILL SWITCH TO PULL

  1. All pullers must have a $10.00 membership to register for pull. $10.00 for each hook. Max 2 hooks per class per tractor if same driver, only longest distance will be recorded. Pull registration & scales open at 8:00 AM. Registration closes at 10:30, drivers meeting at 11:15, pull starts @ 11:30 AM.
  2. Drivers must have a driver license or valid tractor operator certificate. Available through Penta vocational. Under 18, parent or guardian signature required.
  3. Two wheel drive tractors only, with steel wheels or rubber tires. No wards tires or cut tires or stamped steel wheels unless tractor came from factory with them. Max tire sizes standard 18.4x34 Row crop 15.5x38. Steel wheels and exhibition will pull last in class.
  4. Stock engines as per model and year of tractor. RPM + 10%. No multi-carburetors, turbos, etc. Random RPM checks.
  5. All pulls must start with a tight chain. (No jerking allowed) Antique classes will be a 3 MPH speed limit, semi-modified will be 4 MPH. No shifting while pulling antique classes only. Drawbar height-2000lb and 2500 lbs classes 16 inches max height. All other 18 inches maximum on solid drawbar. 18 inches from center of rear axle minimum. Minimum hitch thickness must be 5/8” in diameter. With a 3 inch opening minimum.
  6. Absolutely no fuel leaks. All tractors must go through safety inspection
  7. All tractors will scale out or be disqualified.
  8. Driver must obey flagman, and stay in her/his seat during pull. Tractor must stay within the boundaries or be disqualified.
  9. Any tractor operated in any unsafe manner will be disqualified. The speed limit is 4 MPH at all times of the show. 4MPH max speed on Festival Grounds.
  10. No visible weights, weight brackets, or weight hanging device, cultivator, brackets, etc. will be allowed on tractor except for the semi modified . Weights must not extend rearward beyond rear tires, and not more than 24” beyond forward most point of tractor excluding tires. Tractors losing parts or weights before unhooking from sled will be disqualified. No stripping of tractor, it must appear stock.
  11. One restart if sled doesn’t go over 20-foot mark.
  12. Absolutely no alcohol before, or during the pull, if operating equipment. 
  13. Arguing or using foul language with judges or any track officials or track personnel is grounds for disqualification. You will be asked to leave immediately!!!
  14. Judge’s decisions are Final. INCLUDING situations not covered in these rules and during the festival.

(Max tire size 15.5x38 18.4x34. No visible weights or weight brackets)

3MPH Speed Limit

(Weight brackets, oversized tires and torque amplifiers are allowed. Maximum tire side is 16.9x38.)

Top Cut Tires ARE  allowed!!!

Front/Face Cuts are NOT allowed!!

General Pull Information

Heavy classes will start on the west track and work down.

Light Classes will start on the east track and work up.
